      2. Rough est $7K for 40lf of culvert plus grading w gravel & Surepak (Price via Hunter?)
    2. Replace storm drain culvert on E A Trail at Ridges / Clovers – spring – $7K +
    3. Pool
      1. Leak repair – contract from fall already approved- signed / sent by D Gage
      2. Dead River contacted to service Pool heaters and fix CO issues – scheduling update by Dylan G
    4. Stain / coat playground and install edge of gravel area underneath – date?
      1. Scope of work still not detailed
      2. Moriarty to update on specifics for material under play equip and enviro issues (if any) w staining
    5. Tennis shed rehab, tennis court fence replace / stabilize edges
      1. Resolution granted for Shed replace Oct ($10,000 for new larger pre fab)
      2. Proposals sought for court edging
